Frequently asked questions

Who is Quartio for?

Hotels, guesthouses, holiday rentals and small groups in Europe who want a modern PMS with a channel manager without enterprise pricing.

Which portals are connected?

Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia through the channel manager partner Channex, further portals via iCal sync. The connection is bookable as an add-on.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany. AI features use German AI hosting only. Core operations involve no transfer of data to third countries.

Is there a trial?

Yes. You try Quartio with your own data. During the trial PCM enables add-ons for you; afterwards you book them yourself as long as your contract is active.

How does billing work?

By SEPA direct debit. Contracts and invoices run through the PCM Group Sales Hub. Add-ons extend the existing contract and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Is Quartio ready for Austria?

Yes, including the cash register rules (RKSV). Further countries, tax rates and languages are built into the product.
